Hello! Excitement awaits at this year’s Rise and Shine, celebrating the vital work of Monarch. To RSVP, choose one of the following options:

1. General Admission: If your Table Captain requested your individual RSVP or if you’re attending without a Table Captain.

2. Table Captain: If you’re hosting a table, register yourself as a Table Captain. You can register all your guests together or encourage them to complete General Admission RSVP on their own. Feel free to mix and match by registering some guests yourself and having others register individually. We can’t wait to welcome you!
