OVERVIEW

A groundbreaking leadership program sponsored by the Community Action Council, and led by Rise LWP, Brick 13, and Liz Cruz.  The program focuses on equity-based leadership development, supporting BIPOC and rural leaders.  Join us to deepen your leadership skills, create positive change, and continue to build your networks.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

This training program is specifically designed for BIPOC leaders and leaders from rural communities.  It is ideal for leaders and emerging leaders who are ready to dive deeper in their leadership practices and develop leadership awareness and skills for their next chapter.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A hybrid three phase program focusing on self examination, exploration and transformation of your leadership.  The program will include one-on-one coaching, group work and guided individual work.
