WELCOME JUSTIN DEFOUR!

We are excited to announce the appointment of Justin DeFour as the incoming Chief Executive Officer of the Community Action Council of Lewis, Mason & Thurston Counties. With a deeply rooted dedication to community service and a wealth of experience in fostering inclusivity and equity, Justin will join our team in May leading the CAC into a new era of growth and impact.

Justin brings with him over 15 years in human services, exemplified by his leadership role as Director at the Employment Security Department Leave & Care Division. There, he cultivated a culture of inclusivity that resonated deeply with both his team and elected officials and the clients they served. His commitment to fostering belonging and equity is evident in his track record of program growth and partnership development to better serve people in need. Justin’s extensive regional experience provides invaluable insights into the unique needs of the communities we serve. He holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Weber State University and certification as a Diversity Executive. As CAC embarks on this exciting new chapter, we are thrilled to have Justin’s leadership, grounded in impact, service and equity.
